Startrite TA 275 Table Saw with Sliding Table. 240 volt, single phase, normal household mains though I do run it via a 16a plug. It was originally three phase but had a new single phase motor and switchgear fitted when I bought it. Belts are nearly new as is the rip blade.

I'll throw in a fine tooth cross cut blade but this could do with being sharpened. 305mm blade blade gives maximum 100mm depth of cut.

Maximum rip width without the extensions is 520mm, each pair of extensions increases the rip width by 370mm and it has four of the extension bars, giving a max total rip width of over 1200mm. More extensions could be added ad infinitum. It has the original pair of supporting legs though I've never used them or found them necassary. It also has extension bar for the sliding table. Sliding table has it's fence and a micro adjustable stop.

The saw is cosmetically tatty. What's left of the paintwork is covered in some sort of workshop residue that doesn't want to come off.

It is in perfect working order with no known faults. The rip fence moves smoothly and locks firmly. Rise & fall and tilt mechanisms both work perfectly, they too move smoothly and lock firmly. The saw cuts square and true.

Cast iron table is approx 700mm x 700mm. Saw ia about 880mm tall. With the sliding table folded down and no extensions fitted, it will need an area about 900mm x 900mm to store.

According to the manual, it weighs 210kg. (I don't have the manual, but it is available FOC to download). Saw can be viewed or collected from Southend, Essex. If you want to collect, you will need a small van or trailer. I can assist with loading.
