Its for the stroke to make it shorter when using different jaws. So please bear this in mind, still works fine with out it. Comes with the genuine charger and 2 x milwaukee batteries. Although can not guarantee how good the batteries are as they are used, but charge up fully and lite up 4 lights. For use with type 2 pressing jaws.
