Bosch mitre saw GCM 12 GDL + Stand GTA 3800
I look after my tools and this one has mostly been the main saw in my workshop. Never used out in any wet weather. Probably taken out a handfull of times to do fairweather decking jobs which it is amazing at. The saw itself is a fantastic all-rounder with excellent depth and width of cut. Equally capable rough cutting, 1st fix, 2nd fix or furniture making.
The glide arm is a brilliant feature that allows full use of the saw cutting travel right up against a wall. Ideal if like me you are set up in a tight space. The stand is really light and easy to carry/transport. Extends to 3.8m full length which is handy and compliments the saw perfectly being strong, flat and stable.
Definitely the best all round stand I have used. The shorter bosch stands available weigh a ton being steel and the wheeled version is heavy and cumbersome to setup and get through doorways with the saw mounted on it.
